This Privacy Policy describes how Ingo’s Tasty Food (“Ingo’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ingostastyfood.com (the “Site”), visit one of our locations, place an order, use our mobile app or loyalty program, purchase a gift card, sign up for our newsletter, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Ingo’s Tasty Food is an all-day restaurant with locations in Arcadia, Downtown Phoenix (Block 23), and North Scottsdale, Arizona. Ingo’s Tasty Food is part of the Hi Noon Hospitality family of restaurants, alongside Buck & Rider and Pinyon Coastal Mediterranean.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Newsletter sign-up: When you submit the “Sign Up For Fun” form, we (or our form provider) collect your email address and any other details you enter.
  • Online ordering, mobile app, and loyalty account: Our online ordering and loyalty/rewards program is powered by our partner Incentivio. To create an account (required to earn or redeem points), Incentivio collects information such as your name, email address, phone number, and order history. If you order through the app or website, payment information is also collected to process your transaction. In-store, you can identify your account by scanning your app’s QR code or providing your phone number at checkout.
  • Catering inquiries: If you email a location directly to request catering or book an event, we collect the contact information and event details you provide in that email.
  • Gift cards: Gift card purchases are processed through our partner Givex, which collects payment and contact information needed to complete the transaction.
  • Job applications: If you apply for a position, your application materials (resume, contact details, work history, etc.) are collected through our recruiting partners, Paylocity and CareerPlug.
  • General inquiries: If you email us (e.g., regarding press, donations, or general questions), we collect the contents of that email and your contact information.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site or use our app, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring/exit pages
  • Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address or, for the mobile app, device location if you grant permission)
  • Order and purchase history associated with your loyalty account
  • Information collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3)

c. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party service providers described in this Policy (e.g., Incentivio, Givex, Paylocity, CareerPlug), as well as from social media platforms if you interact with our pages there (e.g., Instagram).

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit): We use Google’s Site Kit plugin, which includes Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our Site (e.g., pages viewed, time on site, general location, device/browser information). This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site. Google may also use this data consistent with Google’s own privacy policy.   • Functional cookies: Used to support site features and forms.
  • Embedded third-party content: Pages on our Site may link to or embed content from third parties, including our Instagram page. These third parties may set their own cookies and collect information about your interaction with that content, governed by their own privacy policies.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

4. Our Loyalty Program and Mobile App

Our loyalty/rewards program, available through the Ingo’s Tasty Food app and online ordering account (both powered by Incentivio), involves additional data collection beyond general Site browsing:

  • Account information: Name, email, phone number, and password (or social/app-store sign-in credentials) used to create and access your account.
  • Transaction data: Details of your orders (items, location, date, amount) used to calculate loyalty tier and points.
  • Identification at checkout: When ordering in-store, you may be identified via your app’s QR code or by providing your phone number, which is matched to your account to award points.
  • Push notifications and device data: If you download the app, it may request permissions (such as push notifications or location) consistent with the permissions you grant on your device.

We use this information to operate the loyalty program — tracking points, tier status, and reward redemption — and to communicate with you about your account and orders. Incentivio’s own privacy policy also governs the handling of data within the app and ordering platform; we encourage you to review it.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Services, including operating our Site, app, and restaurant locations
  • Process and fulfill online, in-app, and in-store orders, and administer the loyalty/rewards program
  • Process gift card purchases
  • Respond to inquiries (catering, press, careers, donations, general questions)
  • Send marketing or promotional communications, such as our newsletter or loyalty offers, if you’ve opted in
  • Evaluate job applications
  • Analyze Site and app usage and improve content, design, and functionality
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, and safety of Ingo’s Tasty Food, our guests, and others

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:
    • Incentivio (online ordering, mobile app, loyalty program)
    • Givex (gift cards)
    • Paylocity and CareerPlug (recruiting/job applications)
    • Google (analytics, via Site Kit)
    • Our website hosting and email/form providers
  • Hi Noon Hospitality affiliated restaurants (Buck & Rider, Pinyon Coastal Mediterranean), for internal administrative purposes
  • Legal and safety purposes, where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety
  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Job Applicants

If you apply for a position with Ingo’s Tasty Food, your application materials are submitted through and stored by our recruiting partners, Paylocity and CareerPlug. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how application data is handled. We use this information solely to evaluate candidates for employment.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Privacy Choices

  • Marketing emails: You may opt out of our newsletter/marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us directly.
  • Loyalty/app communications: You can manage notification preferences within the app, or contact loyalty@ingostastyfood.com.
  • Cookies: You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
  • California residents: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request access to, deletion of, or details about the personal information we have collected about you, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
  • Other state privacy laws: Depending on your state of residence, you may have similar rights. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information, including loyalty account and order history, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Site and app contain links to third-party websites and services (including our ordering/loyalty platform, gift card platform, and recruiting platforms, as well as social media pages) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
